  • i have like 10 of her dvds. i just started doing her ripped in 30 but i alternated a lot of hers. i started out with the 30 day shred and that worked wonders for me. i also really love 6 week 6 pack. level 2 is a killer. i still have a hard time getting through banish fat boost metabolism. but that ones more like an hour…
  • it gets easier. i used to drink soda all of the time. now water is my best friend! and i actually enjoy it more. i dont even crave soda anymore. and besides id rather eat more than drink my calories too! haha
  • i weigh in only once a week. usually on Tuesdays right after i get up and that only started recently. before i didnt even weigh myself, just went by inches and how my clothes fit. i dont like to obsess over the scale and weighing in only once a week now that im down to a normal weight works for me.

  • 6 week 6 pack level 2 kicks my butt all of the time. i sweat like crazy doing that. so when i eat more than i should. i just do that dvd the next day and i feel good haha it really works too. but i love all of jillians dvds. i probably have like 10 of them.
  • thanks! i dont know if ive just been lucky but it actually hasnt been that hard to lose even though im so close to my goal weight. i mean...i only lose a pound a week but thats good for me. i was actually surprised this week because i lost 2lbs.
