i think maybe your body needs a shock. maybe change up your workouts...try something new!! along the lines of food as well. look up clean eating recipes and try to eat as clean as possible. watch your refined sugar if you dont already. i dont know how much youre eating but maybe its too much...or maybe not enough. also…

if i have subway i try to keep my sodium way down for everything else that day. i usually get the 6" turkey & black forrest ham on whole wheat, sometimes i get cheese and loaded with veggies. and then usually mustard. or i dont get any condiments and just put 1tablespoon of light mayo on when i get home

ive used a little bit in my oatmeal with a little coconut milk, 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetended dark cacao powder, a little shaved dark chocolate on top and some shredded organic unsweetened coconut! so yummy! also its supposed to be very good for tightening up loose skin....its used as a moisturizer :)

i try and buy organic when i can. it helps balance your hormone levels which can cause you gain weight and those trying to lose weight could have a hard time doing so. do i buy everything organic? no. but id rather not put all of those hormones and pesticides in my body. but to each their own :)

definitely know how you feel. im 5'1" and even 5lbs more looks like a lot on us short ladies. hang in there though. you can do it! i went from 175/180 to 106! since oct of 2010 :)

im 5'1" my goal weight was 110lbs. i surpassed that goal back in July. started in October of 2010 at around 175/180lbs and now i sit around 106-109lbs depending on the day. this is where im comfortable. just toning more now using Insanity!

no you dont....your body can actually process them unlike whole flax seeds. read up on Chia seeds....great health benefits!! ive actually got my parents to start eating them as well lol

you could probably use low calorie low sugar organic graham crackers and grind them up with just a little butter, bake them in the oven in a muffin pan and have baby pumpkin cheesecakes! yummy
