I love love love indian food! & this post made me smile bc if youre not used it it will definitely mess up your stomach. My fiance and i make it ourselves too & usually that helps. unfortunately for me...this is the last place i really started to see get toned. it sucks, ive lost a lot of inches off of my belly but toning has taken a while. im at my goal weight and still not completely happy with my stomach but im working on it...slowly but surely. insanity's helping me out a lot!

when this happens...i always try and make my own healthy versions of the things im craving. sometimes its not always doable but look up some recipes online...you can usually find healthier versions of just about everything

most people dont lose a big amount of weight but lose a ton of inches...so definitely take your measurments!

i eat whole wheat pasta and have done just fine. the problem people have with it...the serving size isnt huge, so just be careful of your portion size another good one...thats made from beans and isnt chewy like whole wheat pasta is...Barilla Plus...try it...its yummy!

im on my 2nd week. at 1st i kinda felt exhausted doing it...now i love it! i look forward to it, mostly bc you burn so many calories ina short period of time and im already seeing results and its only been 2 weeks...cant wait to see what kind of results i get after the 60 days! good luck!

i did start with the 30 day shred...& i did 2 rounds of it. a few weeks ago i just finished my 2nd round of her ripped in 30 & now ive started Insanity & im on my 2nd week...& LOVING it!

just had to keep telling myself if i really want it im gonna have to push myself. so yes, i was hard on myself! but it all paid off...and is still paying off. if i ever slip...its okay, i just dont make a habit of it :)

breakfast is always my highest calorie meal. mine is usually anywhere from 400-550 calories!

thank you everyone!!! <3 i hate the scale lol thats why its easy for me to stay off of it. i still only weigh myself on Tuesday mornings and thats it! no reason to get disappointed and stressed out if i gain a few pounds during the week bc of water weight or what not. everyone should do this so they dont drive themselves…
