anything and everything! im always coming up with new ideas! coffee, unsweetend dark cocoa powder, peanut butter, walnuts, a little milk, a little shaved dark chocolate on top and if ya want...break up a fiber one brownie on top, a little sweetener, stevia or truvia...brownie batter oatmeal! tastes like dessert! soo yummy

sugar spikes your blood sugar levels and in turn can cause you to store fat. you want to make your blood sugar levels as stable as possible. eat a protein with higher glycemic foods...it slows down the rate in which the food is converted to blood sugar

i didnt follow her diet. i just watched my calories. try not to eat processed foods. swap everything for whole wheat. watch my added sugar intake. if i wanted something sweet id try having a piece of fruit 1st. i eat something every 3 hours even if its just a snack, try not to eat after 7pm at the latest. lots of protein!!…

thanks everyone. i just had some with a 1/2 tablespoon of low sodium smart balance, a drop of maple syrup, a 1/2 tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of slivered toasted almonds. yummy!
