go to amazon.com and look up digital bathroom scales. i bought an eatsmart one and it works great!! its about $28

i make a buffalo chicken wrap... 1 morning star chicken patty cut up dip it in franks red hot buffalo wing sauce spread 1 laughing cow blue cheese wedge on a pita or tortilla add whatever else you like...i add lettuce and onions yummy yummy

i use the jillian michaels whey protein...the triple chocolate shake with 1/2 of a banana, 1 cup of blue diamond unsweetened chocolate almond milk and ice....yumm tastes like a chocolate milkshake and melted soft serve chocolate ice cream...so good. i also have the vanilla shake and that one is really good with fresh fruit…

it will be hard at 1st but it gets easier!! especially after a few days...and there are modifications you can do. she always has someone for the advanced and an easier version! have fun with it! and what the other girls said...its only 20minutes! about 27/28 with warmup and cool down

the calories will vary depending on the brands you use... carrot cake: about 325 chocolate peanut butter cocoa: 300 w/ walnut 350 coffee one about 280...without peanut butter or banana pumpkin butter: 260 peaches and cream: 280 with pecans...about 260 with walnuts

well this happens to everyone...dont beat yourself up over it....just work out a little harder tomorrow and add on like 10/15 more minutes. i do this when i slip up :)

theres a ring. i just didnt have it on in some of the pictures cause my ring size has changed and we were out hiking and swimming in waterfalls and i didnt wanna lose it! :)

im definitely interested! im not really looking to lose weight, as im already at my goal weight...id rather tone up a lot more, and i figured this would be perfect for that!

if you have bad knees i wouldnt attempt it. its a lot of jumping around and squats and lunges

im 5'1", 111 pounds...depends on the brand of jean...i can wear anywhere from a 0 to a 4 in jeans...most of my jean shorts from american eagle are a size 2

just sounds like a regular cramp to me. i get them too sometimes especially when i workout too soon after i eat.

ive lost all of my weight only doing jillian michaels workouts. and ive lost about 60lbs since october. i started with the 30 day shred. so yes, it definitely worked for me!

definitely take ur measurements! also...are you watchin your sugar intake? i know when i started watching that more closely....the weight really started coming off. also...cut out the sugar free things for a little while and see what happens. sometimes that hinders peoples weight loss. but youve done a great job so far!…

i dont usually worry about sugars when it comes to fruits just added sugars. but if ya wanted to see if its hindering you in any way...cut it down for a week or two and see what happens

i only weigh in once a week. same day, in the morning after i wake up. otherwise i get disappointed with the scale and i dont want to obsess over that for the week.

i found these Kind bars in the organic section of the grocery store. theyre all natural with none of the added stuff meal replacement bars tend to have. i just eat them as a snack even though theyre 210 calories. but they only have 5sugars all from honey and about 7grams of protein. the nut delight one is sooooooo yummy!!!
