i eat peanut butter almost every day lol and ive never had a problem losing weight. :smile:

i work out later in the day. usually after 330pm. i cant work out in the morning when i 1st get up. it makes me feel sick to my stomach so id much rather do it later in the day. ive never had a problem with it and still lose weight consistantly

it kicks your butt. i sweat like crazy doing it. almost done with my 1st round. only have like 2 more days of it. level 3 and 4 are the hardest in my opinion. sometimes i think level 3 is even worse than 4 lol

im 5'1 and my goal so far has been 110. im at 114 as of today!...then i will be working on toning up a lot more than i already am :)

you look great!!!! we're the same height and have the same goals pretty much. ive been stuck at 115lbs for the last 2weeks, and i tried to zigzag a little this week to see if it would make a difference. we'll see if its a good thing or a bad thing on tuesday haha

i agree. i couldnt get over the smell and had to throw them away...after id already tried washing them off for like 10minutes...disgusting.

i found the tofu noodles at a natural foods store. i rinsed them off and i couldnt even stomach the smell of them. they reminded me of a raw fishy smell...so i just threw them away haha

i never know how to measure spaghetti...it says 2oz but is it 2oz uncooked or cooked? i have no idea....i just know that a serving of pasta isnt very much at all.

kinda depnds on what youre looking for....ripped in 30 is similiar to the 30 day shred but i think more intense. i love 6 week 6 pack. and her banish fat boost metabolism one kills me-which is a lot of cardio

i love baking....CUPCAKES! all different kinds and i love finding weird new flavors to mix together. kind of sucks when youre trying to lose weight lol

my waist is 26.5 and its been that way for the last couple of months. im almost 5'1 and im at 115lbs. dont know if my waist will get much smaller

i like special k protein plus and i mix it with a serving size of rice chex and sprinkle cinnamon on them and mix it all together. then use some unsweetend almond milk. and i like it. but i dont eat cereal to often

i have like 10 of her dvds and they are all hard at 1st but i love a challenge. thats how i lost the majority of my weight besides eating healthy and portion control.

my calorie goal is 1200 and i only have like 8 more pounds to reach my goal. have already lost probably a little over 50lbs :)

i usually still eat SOMETHING. even if its not the whole sandwich. get a healthy small snack. a banana or something.

it works if you really stick with it and watch what you eat. thats how i lost the majority of my weight over the last 7 1/2 months

you could always try Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack. level 2 is a killer! ive noticed a big difference since i started it.

i usually eat quaker lower sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal with a little milk in it after its cooked. then a handfull of walnuts and some berries. i loveeeeeeee oatmeal. i always look forward to it every morning.

i use jillian michaels vanilla whey protein powder after my workout. i love the taste of it in my berries/greek yogurt smoothies. its 100 calories but only 15grams of protein. i dont know too much about protein powders though.
