Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal!

Options
im pretty sure ive posted this before...but seeing as how now its almost time for fall, why not post it again :)

1/2 cup of quaker quick cooking oats
1/2 cup of organic pumpkin (add your own pumpkin pie spice to your liking)
sweetener of your choice (i use stevia or truvia)
a dash of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of water or 1% organic milk or Unsweetened almond milk
microwave!
(i mix in 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds)

*top with a little splash of milk and i like to toast 1 or 2 tablespoons of walnuts

***i also like to use 1/4 cup of part skim ricotta cheese with a little truvia and a little vanilla extract and put this on top before i eat it...cuts the richness of this oatmeal!
