  • Thank you so much this makes perfect sense to me. I have always been a big meat eater so I think its been really tough on that aspect but if I'm wise with my choice I can work this in just a little when I absolutely need to so I won't feel so deprived
  • Yes it is definitely mind over matter. I am looking forward to weighing in each week. I like the accountability and the nutrition classes every week. Especially all the supportive people on the program
  • I am going to have to try some of these recipes. I currently work 3-11pm! Sometimes when i get off work from running around all night I am starving.
  • I understand completely. I have fallen off the bandwagon several times. I plan to make the last "slip" my last..because this is only temporary and we are all working towards goals right. Thats why we started this in the first place. But it is so freaking tough sometimes...mind over food :-)

  • My meal plan is 4 meal replacements a day and at least 64 oz of water. I enjoy working out and strength training because it is a big stress reliever for me.   • I have started this product on 7/2. I was successful but by the beginning of this week I have eaten regular food almost everyday. I am on 800/calories (4meal replacements a day) and at least 64oz of water. Any tips to stay on track because I am really struggling
