This is my first week and I have made it through...the first day or two was tough but after that I was ok. I weighed in Monday in class at 270 and when I hopped the scale this morning I was 259. I was like whoa! Is this real life?

Fairly new to new directions
Hey everyone I officially started the program through one of my local hospitals on 7/2 and I am struggling! I am down about 10lbs but I always find my self eating regular food.
