If you're just making one I would just add the individual ingredients to your meal in your diary. But there is also the recipe option under food. Click on Create new recipe and you would add the ingredients you used, and under serving size the amount of burritos you made... Hope this is helpful :)

Do you wear a Heart Rate Monitor when you exercise that counts calories burned. I was unable to lose, and when I bought mine I realized I was overestimating by a lot :( by using the reading on the machine....
