  • I'm sorry about the stress eating, sometimes food is good comfort. Just focus on the days ahead and not on "see food" day. I had a real rough day at work the other day, next thing I knew I was at Taco Bell. I felt better, but disappointed at the same time. NYCC111, Awesome your mom is 100% clean. That rocks!!
  • Drinking water/herbal tea will make you feel less hungry, chewing gum works too sometimes. Also, you could have a 50-100 calorie snack late and you will not have to go to bed hungry, just plan for that in your day.
  • Chocolate chip cookies, especially if they just came out of the oven!! I could easily eat the entire batch out of the oven. A close second would be peanut butter fudge.
  • I like muscle milk chocolate (natural) and just add ice and water, sometimes I'll add PB2. I love it.
