I love the Feb extra torture!!! I totally slacked on that part in January, but loving the challenges for this month. My triceps are killing me! haha :) Was disappointed to have not lost this week but I guess it's better than a gain!!! Just have to keep moving and keep a good attitude. Slow and steady!

WHOA! After two short weeks it finally let me join the group! YES! Great job to everyone who has lost thus far! And everyone else, keep pushing!!! I'm down another 1.4 this week and I am very excited. I feel like I am finally back in the right state of mind to kick this weight to the curb!!!

Anywhere from 135-140 for me! I have been there before and that is when I felt most comfortable/confident -- I have a small frame though and I know that would be too light for many tall girls. Depends alot on your body!!! So do what feels best for YOU

I was up a little from the last weigh-in. WEddings and family gatherings are so annoying. And Yes I know I can eat healthy things before and try to fill up before I go etc etc but it's hard. And I like beer. Major problem. But, I know what all my problems are - so I guess it's up to me to change it!!!

Hi, I'm Natalie. Last winter I got down to my ultimate goal weight (50 lbs lost), but have since gained about 15 lbs back. I would like to get back down to that weight as I know it is attainable. Looking forward to supporting and encouraging everyone here. Good luck!

Current weight: 150 My goal is 135 -- I got there last winter but this spring/summer has been terrible for me! Too many weddings, birthdays, events, BBQs etc -- I find I am much more diciplined in the fall and winter. So here's to RE losing those 15 lbs!

This -- since I have lost weight I always feel this way. It's like I always see the me 30lbs ago in the mirror. I used to be the opposite - thinking that I looked good and then I would see pictures of myself and I hated the photos! So I have been on both sides I guess. It's weird. Mirrors are evil. haha

I'm in!!! I have never completely finished this DVD!!! I tried to start a couple weeks ago and then I sprained both my thumbs playing rec volleyball... couldnt hold weights or do push ups etc for a few weeks HAHA!!! Ready to get into it on Sunday!

I have already had 120oz -- that is typical for me just at work. Sooo like 17-20 8oz "glasses" of water day. I drink out of a 32 oz water bottle though!
