  • Try This!!! Its only 65 calories! (0.5 g fat, 12 g carbs, 7 g sugar, 5 g protein and 1 g fiber) -1 can pure pumpkin -1 can evaporated fat free milk -1/2 cup egg whites -1/2 cup stevia or other healthy sweetener -2 tsp pumpkin spice Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. Delicious hot or cold!!!

  • I would find that a Kashi granola bar, Tofutti chocolate popsicle or Skinny cow popsicle, or some greek yogurt would be satisfying! And by the way these are all anywhere from 50 cal to 150 cal only! Have a little treat!
