Everyday, I will do cardio for at least 30 minutes, mostly walking. On days that I won't walk, I will do a 30 minutes cardio or a 30 minutes mix of cardio and strenght training. Everyday, I will do 30 minutes of strength training or I will do a mix of cardio and strength training. For a total of an hour / day of exercise.…
