Ok, 30 Day Challengers, what is your plan to get started to your best body?

My plan is to start the couch to 5k again!0

My plan is to exercise at least 4 times a week!0

I am doing the 5K runner, I'm Week 2 Day 1; I walk 4 miles daily; also logging in my food intake trying to stay within the goal.0

I will start by cleaning up my eating habbits. They have slacked abit since I met my bf in a good way tho (meaning he made me feel happy) but i put on weight omg lol need to redo it hehe.0

Everyday, I will do cardio for at least 30 minutes, mostly walking. On days that I won't walk, I will do a 30 minutes cardio or a 30 minutes mix of cardio and strenght training.
Everyday, I will do 30 minutes of strength training or I will do a mix of cardio and strength training.
For a total of an hour / day of exercise.
I will use Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30-minutes to Fitness DVDs :
- Total Body Kickbox
- Shape Up
- Trim Down
