I just started week 7 of Chalean/Turbo FIre hybrid. You need lots of different weights to be completely effective. I have been hypo since I had mine removed in 94. It is harder but doable to get the weight off. I count my calories every single day and am a big fan of the Beachbody workouts. Good luck Stacie

I just found this thread and would love to have more buddies- I have Turbo Fire buddies, but not many doing the hybrid. I am on week 4 and loving it. Huge differences in my body already, and I am getting better at the TF moves, too. Stacie

I'm up 2 pounds right now too- mine is because it's that time of the month. Try not to get on the scale every day and take measurements....I know, easier said than done. I want to see numbers too.

Today was rest day- first one in 2 1/2 weeks and I took it. Had to really convince myself NOT to workout today, but I'm glad I didn't. You and I are a similar size- I try to net 1200-1500 calories each day. THat means I eat some or most of my exercise calories each day. Some weeks are better than others but last week I lost 3 pounds and this week I'm down 1.5 so far.

Core 20 and Fire 30 today. Starting to get used to the moves and feel better coordinated.

Awesome- I think we all love seeing someone who has been doing it and succeeding. Today I did CLX Burn Circuit 3. My arms are getting strong! Oh, and I mowed the lawn in 90 degree heat. We went from 60's to 90's the last 3 days and we have been SWEATY.

Walmart had a set for $57 (each) Gold's Gym brand. Target also has a similar priced one. It's a cheap version of selecttech but it works for me.

I had to buy more after the 1st Burn as well- I got up to 25 pounds. Burn 2 is harder IMO, and you go even heavier. My triceps are still sore and I did it 2 days ago. Can't wait to see the rest....

Really excited: I went shopping for a dress for our preschool graduation today. Super frustrated. I was trying to work out, not feeling 100% anyways, and the kids start fighting. Then the phone rings and my husband wants to know what's for dinner. I had to stop 1/2 way through my Fire 45 but I couldn't focus and you all know how you have to bring 100% to these workouts. This was my first not so good…

I know I'm not ready for the weighted gloves. More power to you that you can do that. Today was CLX Burn it Off and Recharge. Didn't feel 100% I guess because it wasn't my normal workout time and I did it before lunch.
