Who cares? At least you're doing something healthy :)

There is no problem with eating bread. Go for it. For a more nutritious option, choose whole grains :)

For nighttime hunger and cravings that tend to come with insomnia, it helps to have something healthy already prepared that you can just grab and eat. Fruit salad, healthy oatmeal bars, hard-boiled eggs, things like that. My sleep pattern changes a lot and I often have to eat at night. I find that being prepared helps…

Get a new doctor, you really should have enough of an appetite to eat every day, and I think you need some tests done. Sounds like this doctor isn't taking his/her time with you. So sorry about your loss :( Also, you should try listening to Big Daddy Weave. He's awesome :) Good luck!

I definitely suggest going to your doctor to discuss this. Do you have a regular doctor? If not, get one. Tell him/her all about your problems, what you're doing, etc. If you can access MFP from your phone, bring it and show him/her your diary. In the meantime, try to eat at least a protein snack before you exercise, and…

I kind of had this problem solved for me by gastritis and pre-ulcers. I simply cannot eat a bunch in one sitting. Its actually been a long time since I really stuffed my face... but I do understand what you mean! Years ago I had my own food journal, and it helped me make better choices and eat less! Anyways, I hope you're…

Nope nope nope nope nope. Bread is certainly not bad for you. Carbs are important for nutrition and proper body function. And they're delicious. I'm adding more and more whole grains into my diet in place of their more processed counterparts. I'm finding it fills me up better and gives me more energy :) try it :)

I have a lot of back problems, including arthritis. I am new to exercising with this, all I do right now is walk until I can see my doctor next month to discuss more. But I know swimming helps. Just being in the water takes weight off those spinal joints, easing the pain and allowing for easier movement :) Also for pain…

I'm 28 now. I've had scoliosis since I was 14, and got diagnosed with fibromyalgia, lumbar arthritis, degenerative disc disease, and some other fun stuff when I was 24. I'm one of those rare cases where the scoliosis continues to get worse over time. You are definitely not alone :) just keep going, but be careful not to…

None. I used to drink A LOT, but I stopped a few years ago. Went from all the time, to sometimes, to a few times a year, now none

Welcome! I have a little over 100 pounds to lose. Lost 1.2 so far! I think you have already received some wonderful advice here. The best I can say is stick with it and be kind to yourself if you slip up! :)

Pretty :)

I just joined last week, but you can add me! I'm sticking with this!

Hello :) I can't say whether you have a disorder or not, but I think you should go ahead and see somebody about these things. It sounds like you could benefit from at least talking it out :) and please reconsider the 800 calorie plan. That is very unhealthy, and you deserve health :)

Great job!!!!

Yep sounds to me like he needs more protein, more variation, and a better breakfast. Also sounds like he is unfortunately pretty anxious about his weight :( seeing a nutritionist might help, and if needed, maybe even a therapist? Not trying to be derogatory, it just sounds like he's way too hard on himself, and sometimes a…
