I'm doing week 1 ripped in 30. Finding pretty easy at the moment, but I am sure that will change :-)

Just get lots of healthy snacks. Chop up carrotts, cucumber etc and have Greek yogurt for dips. You can make your own crisps, make healthy popcorn etc. Just ignore boyfriend and stay strong. Drink lots of water to keep you full .

I listen to the rocky soundtrack music:-) very good. Also pop music that has a good beat.

Does protein powder contain lots of sugar?

I'm exactly the same hun. I am always under my calories, exercise a lot and still put weight on. Just fed up as trying very hard. I have measured myself and have lost inches... So maybe my fat is turning to muscle! Keep trying and keep doing what your doing :-)

Don't like porridge oats .I do like ready break as texture is smooth and not lumpy. Is this OK to eat? For a healthy meal I would have some cooked frozen veg and 2 vegetarian sausages for lunch. Drink water with fresh lemon juice added. I am going to do 60 squats today as part of my exercise regime :-)

Swimming would be good as the water will support your body and you get a good work out swimming :-)

I would do the 30 day shred first as slightly easier. Then move onto the get ripped in 30.:-)

Can you tell me how many we start off with? I am able to do 200 in reps of 20. I was thinking of making it harder by adding weights but reducing the amount? Would this be beneficial?
