I have a wonky thyroid and I have started to take vitamin b tablets, sea kelp tablets and drinking soy milk. I am hoping this will help boost my metabolism and start some annoying weight to shift.

I can't use moisturiser as I break out in spots. I use sun cream spf 50+ .

Hi am 44 and I enjoy keeping fit and eating healthy. I am just finding it hard to loose weight even though I exercise and eat healthy. It really gets me down

I am not sure if I am menopausal but I am having irregular periods, gaining weight I am 44 years old and feel exhausted all the time. I work in a school so I am constantly on my feet and rushing around. I eat healthy and exercise 4 times a week. Just finding it hard to stay motivated at the moment

I jog on the spot whilst cleaning my teeth, waiting for the kettle to boil, washing my hands. It soon builds up. If you can jog on the spot for 10 minutes a few times a day x

Drink plenty of water. Snack on fruit. Make up crust less quiches as they are filling.

You are supposed to have rest day on the squat challenge. If you are in alot of discomfort have a day off and carry on tomorrow. Squats are gotta for your thighs, bums and stomach. So keep going

I have done this and really enjoyed it. I prefer it to 30 day shred! . I have just started her Killer body dvd which is OK but not much cardio in it. If you are sore make sure you stretch and have a nice warm bath. If you are still in discomfort, take an ibrophen tablet. Keep going as it does get easier xx

I have just started JM Kickboxing Quickfix Dvd. It's broken up into 3 x 20 minute workouts. I started yesterday and do all 3 exercises so it's a 60 workout. It is a good workout. I am starting to get used to the routines as she goes really fast so putting more into the exercises as I get used to it. Feel great after

Try doing more core work outs. Do squats, leg high kicks, star jumps, press ups, plank exercises, sit up etc .

No if you are OK doing it then carry on. I normally do 2 JM dvd's a day and walk 40 minutes a day. I have just started JM Kickboxing Quickfix Dvd and it is 3 x 20 minute workouts and I do them all in one go as it doesn't feel like I have done anything otherwise. Just listen to your body hun and enjoy xx

Eat some foods that are good for you but high in calories ... Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, walnuts, avocados etc . Hope this helps. :-)

I had horrible comments when I asked a similar question a few weeks ago. When calculating exercise burnt calories I always take off 50% on what mfp says or exercise equipment. That way I don't over estimate it. I still have not lost weight but have started to loose inches. I always find it hard to eat 1250 calories but…

Salad, couscous, yogurt, left covers from night before, brown rice, etc.

5 5" 131 pounds and eat 1250 calories a day which was set by mfp. Not lost weight :( but have started to loose inches. I exercises 6 days a week. Go running, use cross trainer and do Jillian Michaels fitness DVDs. Drink 2 litre of water.
