Charlotte Crosby Belly Blitz

Hey guys! Just started on my fitness pall and was wondering how to put the Charlotte Crosby workout into my exercise diary?
Does anyone do it and put it correctly?

    The only worthy related exercise would be to walk towards the bin, put your foot on the pedal and then throw it inside....

    It can be listed as aerobics - high impact (if you're following the other guy that does things slower for the beginners then maybe list ad medium/moderate)
    As each of the sets are 3 minutes each just work out how many you've done and multiply by 3.
    The killer abs at the end is also a good one to do (if you have time)

    I have this dvd and love it, since having my baby I can't attend gym classes anymore so this allows me to do something fun
