Dairy is a really hard one to get use too. my son has celiac's disease and dairy intolerant. We use nutlex dairy free lite for margerine/butter we use a combination of almond, soy , rice and coconut milk on his rice porridge/cereal. and for smoothies etc we use Tofu to make creamy type sauce's and dips. my go to at the moment is plain no carb no sugar protein powder mixed with warm water and 10mls of light coconut milk :) and my "treat" snack of the moment is LSA sprinkled on mashed banana.... not really high protein but just thought i'd share that one lol

I Like Tuna or salmon mixed with hommus!!! :) I cant have dairy in my house as my son is allergic. i'd imagine it would be super yummy!! you should try with some hommus :D

Eating healthy is cheaper!!! if you stick to whole foods and dont buy all the diet packaged crap It is way cheaper! Fill your trolly with meat veggies and fruit and staple's and it is far cheaper!! Stop eating things that come froma box and you will be suprised how much cheaper it is.....

Dandelion tea or coffee replacement. and or Chiccory tea or coffee replacment. Great for the kidney's and Liver. Help's with alot of thing's including water retention. you could also try a herbal infusion of Green tea with other tea's such as Mint or lemmon. :)

It vary's from person and intesity of exercise. But my understanding is anywhere from 20min's too 4 hours. I'd be interested to here a better and more accurate answer!! lol :)
