Mmmm, hummus! I never thought of dry cereal, I'll have to pick up some Cheerios or something!

That sounds really interesting! I'll have to try it for sure! I never thought of putting avocado in a smoothie!

Oh wow! That sounds absolutely amazing! I'm going to try it tomorrow morning for breakfast! :D

I forgot to add that it's 2 servings, not one that it makes. lol

It IS 40 Calories. I entered it myself in the recipe creator here on the site. If figured out the calories and all the nutritional info. If you add anything else to the recipe, it ups the calories. (i add coconut to mine which ups the calories)

Applesauce! I've never tried that!!! I left out the butter completely out of this recipe so on my next batch, I'll definitely try it! Thanks for sharing!

I only just joined this site and have NOT stolen any one else's recipes! All i did was take my regular brownie recipe, took away the flour and butter, and add oatmeal, coconut, PC sugar replacer and Nosalt. I apologize that someone else thought up a recipe that's similar, but I'm not psychic and there's only so many…

Cool, looks like someone else simply substituted the flour for oatmeal. This is just the basic brownie recipe minus the flour. Their's is very similar to mine (although i put coconut in mine.) so I cannot figure out how their's is only 37 calories but mine is 40 (not counting the coconut) ... hmmm I posted this a few days…

I've never tried sour cream in this recipe, but I don't see any reason it wouldn't work. If you try it, please let me know how it turns out! :D

I used Presidents Choice Artificial Sweetener powder (it tastes exactly like real sugar)
-
I almost forgot to mention that if you do add coconut it's 100 calories for every 3 tbsp. (12 calories extra per brownie)

They're soft unless you overcook them. :)

My sister was vegetarian when she was 9 and became vegan when she was 15. She doesn't have any problem with it at all and she even makes a dish called tofu-scramble which tastes exactly like scrambled eggs and bacon. I get to try a lot of fun food when she cooks. :) I would recommend going to the site. www.theppk.com where…
