I'm sooo bad at sticking to exercise, it makes me so miserable. T_T I know I should though. I was thinking about raising my calories, I'm just nervous that I might gain then! Worth a shot though.

I don't exercise so I don't account for any of those calories. For food it's generally measuring cups but I do have a food scale for things like almonds that I don't feel confident about with cups. It's been about 5 or 6 weeks since I've lost anything. :( considering I was losing 1 to 2 pounds previously it is very sudden.

I take regular pictures and measurements yes, and, maddeningly, even my measurements are exactly the same. I DID recently adjust down from 1600 to 1400, but often am in the 1200-1400 range every day. Yeah... it just seems like such a shame. I want to be all excited about 30 but this is getting in my way a little. At least my clothes are fitting way different and my measurements are going down.

I haven't stopped losing, which is good, it's just slowed down. And no, I very rarely drink alcohol and log it when I do. I'm not the partying type, I pretty much sit at home and study when I'm not at school. It probably is the fast food and the like, because while my diet wasn't healthy per se over the summer it was…

I am definitely guilty of the fast food, but how have I been inconsistent otherwise? As far as I know I've eaten very little that hasn't gone into my diary. If I'm doing something wrong I'd want to fix it.

I've actually tracked my calories daily for about three months now, I said I don't 'think' I've been eating more because I don't have access to a scale and never have. But it seems weird that I would be eating similar things without a scale the whole time and only now be eating more of it.

Ah, thank you, this is all excellent. I do eat a lot of eggs, they are one of the main ways I get my protein. I think I'm just looking at it wrong. I thought the point of excersise was to burn even more calories, but the internet and all you people tell me it's more like icing on the cake that makes you more fit. ^^

So the calculator tells me that my BMR is 1787 and my TDEE is 2145. So I shouldn't be eating 1200 cals a day, but at LEAST 1787? Is that how this is supposed to work? Wouldn't I lose slower, or does my body think I'm dying at 1200 cals a day? I'm so hopeless at this lol

Hello! I'm 5'2, and my starting weight is around 230 pounds. My goal weight is around 150 for now, I'm not sure exactly where I want to be sitting at yet so if I get that far I can change my goal. :) Feel free to add! I love friends. :)

I wouldn't bother walking (I can do that outside) but running makes my knees hurt, so I tend to avoid the treadmill. ><
