Don't, you will be hungry, tired, and grumpy all day long. Also, as soon as you start to eat normally you will more then likely gain it all back.

Hi, everone I just joined this sight a little over thre days ago. It has already helped me a lot, I really did not realize how much I was eating until I started to keep track of it lol. I currently weigh 188lbs and would like to weigh 145lbs. I just want to fit into all my cute clothes again! :D
