I over pronate, I love asics. I've been wearing the Kayano. They're a lot cheaper if you buy last year's model on Amazon. I see Foot Locker has the Gt 2000 for $70.

For every extreme gentleman like that, there are 5 posters who jump all over a dieter who says something simple like "I'm trying to cut back on sweets and junk food" with extreme statements like "there is no such thing as junk food!" They are flip sides of the same coin.

Great post

Well, it is kind of ironic when you think about it...there are a lot of people on this site on the regular, thinking and talking and arguing about food and how to eat it all day...and giving a lot of *!#'s about how other people should eat and think about food. Just sayin

It's likely your liver (is it the right side?), it's connected to your diaphragm. Breathing too shallow (and yes eating too close to working out) puts pressure on the connective tissue. Try breathing into your stomach. If the ache comes stop, press up against the pain with your hand and lean forward until it passes.

The dinner jumps out as light, add some buttery potatoes and dinner rolls. Or maybe rice a roni, kids usually love that. Or noodles. Mac and cheese. And chips and crackers for snacks.

That is the info on the nutrition label of those archer buffalo wraps. I thought it was gross for some reason, I usually love buffalo chicken. They just give you that weird sauce. The Caesar one is good. And has dressing.

If you just put the jar on the scale, zero it out, scoop out the peanut butter...you get a negative number of whatever you took out.

Maybe, but right now excessive amounts of protein is the big fad in dieting, advertisers are tripping over themselves to push it and exagerate how much their product contains.

You said your tdee is 1700 and your eating 1200, which should equal 1 pound per week. You're losing 1 pound per week. What's the problem?

Are you looking at the bottom of your diary?

This and panang curry chicken. Tom kha gai (however you spell it) soup is really good, too.

Ah, gotcha. Well you're in for a treat. I want to try Kerrygold now, but don't worry about it if your store doesn't have that. I'm sure they have good old american butter!

You've never tried butter!!? 1/4 of foods that are delicious are delicious because they're buttery!

I have these whey protein shakes that I love, I was drinking them every morning for breakfast. I have discovered that I get more full if I eat food, so I switched to Greek yogurt with bran buds (same amount of calories). The shakes worked for me because I wasn't counting calories, so it was a good controlled amount. Now…

Swimming makes me so hungry! Lol Honestly, I exercise for overall fitness rather than weight loss. In fact, until recently I kinda felt that I lose weight faster without, as I have a few times in the past going very low calorie (due to depression or other circumstance, not diet). I thought if I exercised too much it would…

Mr. Knight, I have noticed the same thing. If I eat more calories and exercise I feel much more satiated and comfortable then if I eat less and don't. There's a certain # (the # I would have to eat to lose weight without exercise)... If I eat that for very long I become miserable. And have an adherence problem. So…

I read that last night, it is interesting. Both groups ate the exact same amount (in the comments on the article a lot of people seemed to miss that key point).

From what I've read, it sounds like it was him wanting her to get the tummy tuck, and her stomach isn't that bad. That would hurt my feelings, too. (If that's how it was).
