Every single combination exist and is natural. Plenty of women have slim hips and big boobs, or are tiny on top with big hips/butts. My niece is like that and she's gorgeous. It's nice for her that not the only "ideal" pushed anymore is slim. Slim is still plenty in style, too.

I've lost 25 lbs and my thighs have lost 1 inch.

Agreed. And none of these measurements or indicators are written in stone.

I have no idea. Possibly. There's a lot of variables and other considerations. In general, abdominal fat causes the most problems, though.

@MKEgal there is some evidence that waist size is a better indicator of health than bmi. Risks for diseases went up when waist circumference is more than half your height (I assume this excludes waist training). http://health.clevelandclinic.org/2013/04/beyond-bmi-a-better-tool-to-measure-your-health/

I agree with a lot of what you've said, but being a style icon for young girls is what KK is about. And she heavily promotes waist training.

Oy, talk about intentionally obtuse. It wasn't his statement ever, he was just trying to make a little sense of what she was trying to say, since who would really say "women are genetically inferior to men" (he didn't realize she was being sarcastic). Whereas, one could certainly make the case that women are physically…

Yup, volume loss in the cheeks/under eyes sure enough happens with age. Extra fat can mask it. You can either live with it, gain weight back, or get a little filler (which is easy to do and quite common these days). Just don't overdo it.

I'm psyched big butts are in, I wish it was that way when I was in high school. Now I've got all the kids asking me how to get their butts bigger! Lmao It sounds like you've got the body type that you like, so it's all good. Your goal of getting down to about 130 sounds fine, but either way, if your happy with yourself and…

That's true. She's probably not the best example, either, because she's small. Kim K., Minaj, et al are more voluptuous, but still, they have small waist. Like others have said, it's an exaggerated look not achievable outside of surgery. If if they're above normal bmi, it's the weight of the implants.

Jennifer Lopez is 5'6 and 120lbs. She may be thick but she's not carrying much body fat. That's more or less true of all those curvy celebrities.

I would never put a pic of my food on facebook. I never understand the mundane daily things people post on there, but to each his own. I also personally know, or have mutual friends with, all of my facebook friends.

It's not such a private act. I personally don't consider the Internet the same as general public activities. I'm not freaked about it, it's not a huge deal, I just prefer not to put much out there.
-
Because some people don't like putting their private business on the World Wide Web? It's fine to do it, but hardly confounding why anyone wouldn't.

Sometimes children are mollycoddled and turn into brats, and sometimes they're dealing with serious mental health issues that need professional intervention. Blondebeauty, In your last post on your last thread you came back and said that you'd set up therapy and that you even thought maybe you could go ahead and take your…

Apple. I keep one in my car. I like them, but only eat them when I'm hungry. They're surprisely filling for the calories.

Couldn't it just be a plateau? 6 weeks isn't thaaat long, plus you lost so much in the last year. The last 10 lbs is usually pretty resistant to come off, too (or maybe 20 in your case, you're bigger). You are still losing over 1/2 lb a week.

I quit smoking a year ago and used ecigs. I started dieting at the same time and lost 25 lbs over 6 months. I started being really serious about losing weight at the same time I quit because I knew I would gain weight otherwise. In fact I'd put off quitting because I wanted to lose weight first. What helped a lot was I…

Are you saying not all vegetarians want to kill all our pets? There might be hope for OP yet.

I lived in Austin for a while, that's the way it is. If I ordered a coke, the waitress would say "ok, Dr Pepper?"

Did you try clicking on "all notifications" at the bottom? That brought up a little more detail for me (on the website version though). It had a one line explanation like "referencing past events gone sour". Which I had done but it was really subtle and had never involved me in the first place, I was impressed they caught…

Hey Lemurcat, I know you don't. I should have said "it doesn't bother me at all if someone says they have." Even if they do on occasion, etc..., they've cut it out of their regular diet. It's not a thing to me.
-
This is from one of MoiAussi's posts- "There is also no fear, or judgment of somebody else's diet, or feeling of being virtuous...at least for me. This is not an emotional description at all to me...purely practical and descriptive. It just seems weird to me to be this focused on how somebody chooses to describe their way…

Yeah, it freaked me out at first, too, mine said about 10%.

I found peanut butter good for when I needed to gain weight. ;) I still eat it occasionally, but it chews up a lot of calories. It's not all that much protein for the calories. I love it, though.

If you're basing that off of mfp reports, they don't properly track iron, a lot of the food entries dont include micronutrients.

Lol. Maybe that's it.
