Sounds like first of all you need to make a trip to your doc. Have some labs drawn and see if anything is going on there. Your doctor is the first person you should be looking to when your not feeling normal.

Start small. Try to eat a lil bit more (healthy) each day until you are at your calorie goal.

Definately check with your doctor or pharmacy to find out non-dairy things you can take. I went through being sick for a couple months and not being able to eat. I didnt undo the weight loss, but still didnt feel good. Hope you start feeling better soon. Keep your head up.

How far off/on is that scale from the one at the doc's office?

Sounds like your on the right track! Dont lose faith, you can do it!

If you can hold off, using tylenol or ibuprofen during the day, and take the loratab when you get home is the better option.
