Im sure you will get a lot of answers...but coming from a medical professional who asked several different medical providers this question...the answer was the same...eating back the calories you have burned defeats the purpose of working out.

Me me me lol I am getting married Oct 6th 2012. I am looking to lose about 50lbs (I lost 25lbs last year). I am seriously motivated. I am doing Power 90 master series and also zumba when I can fit it into my work schedule.

well I have now tried the shakes and I love them! They are so filling and have so many different ways to make them. I have to say that chocolate almond is my favorite so far! So all you doubters I have to say dont knock it til you've tried it!

Ive been using a "dial" for the past couple months. Last wk it got stuck and wont move, so I bought a digital one and come to find out the dial one was 8lbs off! (I compared it with the one where I work (doctor office) so it through everything off for me :( Digital is the way to go now!

I had the same question a few weeks ago because mine at home died. From what people say on here, the heart-o-meter scale work good and are accurate. I bought one and compared it to the one at work (a doctors office) and it was only 1.2lbs off. They are not expensive and so far so good.

I felt the same way too. But once you start, you just have to stick with it, then it becomes a routine and a habit. You can do, you have all of us here at MFP to help you along!
