  • Yes it may. It does effect me...it may not effect you. I eat very little fruits bc of the high sugar content. Even though it is natural sugar it is still sugar.   • I think only sweet potatoes are. Not sure though so hopefully someone else will chime in. I don't really care about potatoes so I haven't bothered to find out. But I do know you can make mashed "potatoes" with califlower. :)

  • I run with my pit bull (sweetest dog ever) in the country so there are loose dogs everywhere. I use a spray bottle and attach it to the leash so I dont have to hold it.
