newbie so if this is bad someone tell me! I use water but add in berries and teaspoon of peanut butter.

I use air popper too. I LOVE popcorn.. I dont think I could give it up. It been easier to give up sweets I think

Im glad you asked this b/c I was just coming here to ask!. I love the salad kit but I don t like the dressing. SO I am going with the nutritional value on the package knowing that I am not eating the sunflower, cranberries, or dressing. (I used i tin a smoothie b/c I ran out of greens)

hey - Im from Maryland. It has been crazy hot the last week and today finally a bit cooler. Im a teacher and do really well in summer with eating and getting enough exercise and then come Sept- I lose momentum.

I have to squat against a wall.. that is probably totally wrong-- I tend to make my knees go to forward... and I generally dont feel like my form is good so it doesnt make for trying them... NOT the best answer... but im single mom without funds for a gym and noone to check my form

Remember to take your expectations realistically- the weight didnt go on overnight. Make small changes that can be lifetime changes. Good luck on your journey

I am using Bodybuilding.com- not b/c I plan on being body builder-HA! but b/c I dont have a gym so there are "plans" workouts planned out. and when there is equipment that I dont have ( I do have bar bells) then I just do a search for alternative to.. whatever THAT exercise works...Good luck
