I would suggest that you get the book " New Rules for Lifting for Women". That details all the workout to do for a 6 month period a think. These are strength training exercises that work the whole body in my workout session. I am currently doing it and loving it. Good luck.

Just add some cinnamon powder to it and it will be great.

Definitely not eating enough...

I add 2 Tbsp of it a day to my oatmeal in the mornings. You can also add it to a glass of milk. Good luck.

Thanks. Well I am going to try it 3 days a week and 6 week 6 pack 3 days a week when I get back from my vacation. Sunday will be my last day on the first round of 6 week 6 pack. I am also doing strength training 3x a week.
