Yep. Freeze and use in smoothie. Just add a banana top it and the smoothie will be just right.

The good ole green smoothie. I'm almost never out of this thing. In addition, I always add any other fruits n vegetables I can find.

I have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich just before bed most nights. LOve it. I use reduced fat PB but regular jelly.
