Hello Sara, Friend request sent! I have been using this site for a few years now. I was able to drop all of my wieght at one time, but I let life circumstances threw me off and I found myself back where I started. I have lost about 27 lbs so far, and this time I plan to keep it off. MFP is a very important part of the…

Im also looking for friends that are motivating. Feel free to add me!

I think this is a pretty common thing. I can only offer what has helped for me. 1. I found it very helpful to fill out(plan) my meals at least one day ahead. This helps me know exactly where I am and not snack or go over my cals. 2. I rarely eat back my exercise cals unless they are well above 1000, and even then I use it…

I am 52, and I would love some friends closer to my age. Please add me(that goes for any of you). I promise you will see me here just about ever day.

I am right there with you. MFP is the only program that has worked consistantly for me.... when I use it correctly and consistantly. Honest colorie counting and exercise are the keys. Healthy eating will make its way in over time and create good habits. Feel free to add me as a friend.... and that is an open invitation for…

Anyway, back to the online dating nightmares.... I have had some "interesting" ones as well, but none that compare to the creepiness of many of the pervious posters. Most involve dramatic differences between them and their profiles, of just wierd obsessions with things. My best first date tuned out to be the worst psycho…

LOL. look up Hermann Missouri. Many of the vines originated in Italy, and in fact, repopulated Italy's vintners after devastation. [/quote] LOL- Actually, right now, Probably much better than here. I live in Califonia about a half hour from Napa(wine county). The drought here is killing everything.
-
My biggest WTF was the revelation that there is a "wine country" in Missouri!

Women do the samething. Actually, if you are not interested, or have some flags popping up, it is probably the best course of action. Just read previous post right here! I just figure they arent interested, and move on...no big deal.
-
How do you know that is his real pic? just sayin!
-
Ah! playing the old I "I come from a diferent culture, and you just don't get it" card.
-
Haha...women do the very same thing.

I can garantee you will find the same results here as any other dating site. And do you really want to turn this into that? I think if two people on here form a good relationship, they have the opportunity to take it to the next level without the site going there. I am trying online dating right now, and it is like…
