New here, looking for support and motivation

Hi, I need support to loose this extra stone I put on about 3 years ago and haven't successfully managed to loose. I'm worried that 1200 calories a day isn't sustainable. Anybody got and filling low calorie meal ideas or tips to stay on track? Feel free to add me. Thank you :-)

    Yes we will. Are you using this app along with a Fitness Tracker? I purchased a Garmin Vivosmart, so far (knock on wood) so good.

    Garmins are nice. I have a cylometer and it syncs to MFP so I dont even have to add it manually. Im sure the other garmin fitness devices will do the same thing through Garmin connect.

    I'm not sure I'm doing enough exercise for one of those, at the moment I'm mostly restricting calories. Although I had a cheat day yesterday :-/
