excellent points and advice. as a "well-controlled" t2 diabetic on meds for diabetes And urinary flow, only a doctor can answer the op's dilemma.

agreed. h&b is one of the most reputable uk high st health stores. thousands of us use them, especially when they have their famous penny sales ,equivalent to bogof. doctor originally pointed me there for many complimentary treatments for ibs that are cheaper than prescription cost, and being on email list makes sense and…

as a simple advisory to t2 diabetics the article is spot on. it is simply info any doc would give at start of t2 journey. diabetes 101 it may be,but may help someone less well informed.

probably, yes. plenty of time to follow a run/ walk plan from galloway or hal higdon to get you below target time.(search both on here and google) i started last year at approx 28 min per mile pace(walking), 7 months later i run at well under half that, and still improving. good luck

go see your doctor. similar happened to me last summer and was diagnosed as eczema.cream sorts it. chlorine in swimming pool can also aggravate it further..

i burned 1000 cals plus for 97 consecutive days at the start of journey july 2014.down from 235 to 195 in that period. the 5 week predictor has always been very accurate for me.

pastries were definately my downfall too. i cut them out completely. 75llbs lost, and i can eat them now,but rarely do. sometimes 1 food CAN be the major starting point ,cut it out cold turkey and hopefully you have the strength to succeed.

all of the above.

i have also just registered for the GNR. currently finishing off training for a rowing half marathon, then i shall join my local running club in Blyth to start full training. let me know what plan you pick etc, be interesting to compare. i dont feel that daunted,as i can walk the distance today if need be. good luck.

1km in 40 mins.

cant access your diary. i find 30 mins of strength training more draining than 2 hours of cardio. 1 more protein 2 rest day after strength training or just more recovery days. congrats on the huge loss so far.

i have similar stats over same time frame. personal trainer recommended calisthenics( planks, medicine ball crunches/ sit ups and leg raises) to work core and reduce belly. along with increased weight/ lower reps for strength training and full body cardio of rowing, elliptical and swimming are all working to shape me up.…
