  • ok so basically a upper/lower split 2 days a week then bodyweight workouts/cardio ~ ok i can figure something out ~ i don't go to the gym i workout at home i have a treadclimber and bowflex home gym just wanted to make sure i wasn't going to hurt myself got to lose this weight once and for all lol ! thanks you guys
