For me it was alcohol and laziness!! I basically put too much in without burning any of it off....unfortunately it's a hard habit to kick especially as winter rolls in as the warm sofa is far more inviting than the gym!

I go frozen and then just defrost them in the fridge. It's still not as cheap as some other kinds of fruits but it is FAR better than the cost of buying fresh!!
