I'm Vicki, I'm 33 and live in the UK with my hubby, my daughter and crazy cat  My journey has been up and down as I lost a lot of weight a few years ago but gained it all back plus more when I had my daughter. I'd say to take a look at the emotions as to why you're doing it. Do you feel deprived and therefore are caving? In which case add these little bits into your day like scottwilson16 says above. Or are you bored when you get home maybe? So perhaps take up a hobby, one you do with your hands like knitting, colouring in etc.…

My day one (again!) is today. I'd gone from 213 lbs down to around 150 lbs back up to 238 lbs at my heaviest last year before I had my daughter (damn pregnancy and all those cravings!!). Determined to get back down there and it seems it's taken me a year (my daughter turned 1 last week) to find my motivation! So here was…

You take it one meal at time and be honest with yourself and log log log; you'll soon find things you can swap for more filling but healthy choices. You make small changes step by step and by going for the slowly slowly wins the race approach by building healthy habits and building a healthier you - you will find that the…

I managed to lose around 35 lbs doing it this way and had no issues with supply (ebf) however once I moved onto combi-feeding and introduced bottles I…

I'm now 7 months post-partum and the weight is starting to shift. We're designed as mammals to feed our little ones and therefore us ladies retain weight and fat more easily when we still have those pesky baby brewing hormones in our bodies....ESPECIALLY if you are nursing as your body will retain what it can to make sure…

yep...definitely eat more. It's a goal for a reason and you seem to be hugely under it each day. Perhaps plan what you are going to eat in the morning and proactively log it so you can the see what calories you have remaining to then add in extra snacks etc (healthy ones of course!). Good luck.

As has already been mentioned there are plenty of couch to 5k training programmes which you can google and follow and I found that downloading an app like endomondo or runkeeper onto my smart phone really helped motivate me when I started so I could track my distance. Good luck!!

Love this...so very very much!!!
