No idea. The little cups are like 5.3 oz. You can find vanilla or plain chobani entry for that (whichever the label says is in it) and guess how much to subtract for the volume of fruit in there but unless you have a food scale handy at work to scoop it out intro, there's no promise of how exact it'll be

Oh ya, that's not an unhealthy way to look at eating foods. As though one isn't smart enough to just fit it into their daily allowance or....heaven forbid...have a day over their allotment. I'mma eat all those and do none of the suggestions.

I stopped drinking the mixed drinks like white Russians and margaritas. Now I drink shots or mix Jim Beam and diet cherry dr pepper <3

I've abandoned nothing. I've just cut portions or don't partake as often as I used to. Pumpkin pie poptarts are out. I've had one for breakfast a few days a week. Also, as a snack. Calorie counting just made me more aware of nutrient density and making the calories I have "count" so to speak.
