The only thing that causes fat is a calorie surplus, not out of balance macros. So, don't worry about that. Ideally, 1g per pound of lean body mass in protein is recommended but it won't harm you to go above that. I think you'd have to eat like 300g worth of protein consistently to do any damage and let's be honest, too…

<~~~wakes up at 6 am, doesn't eat breakfast until noon. Loses 53 lbs, goes from 32% BF to 17%

Whenever. You burn fat by being in a calorie deficit and your metabolism is always functioning. Eat in a way that makes YOU feel best and you can adhere to. Keep a moderate deficit, get your proper nutrient intake for health and don't over complicate it.

Ya, because those aren't skewed in any way shape or form and are totally honest.

No one looks good sitting. It does sound a bit obsessive. I can pretty much bet even bikini models have that when they sit. It's gravity

The fact is, irregardless of weight, unless you have a medical condition, it's calories in vs out. I started out in the obese BF%. I ate whole grains, sugar, fast food, etc. Lost 53 lbs and reduced my BF%, increased my fitness level. Eating "clean" is subjective. It's all about context. For health, absolutely pay attention…

I lurve yoga pants...would not eat though. And I'll eat just about anything Mmmm. Pants.

Exercising six days a week seems excessive. As long as you're not having recovery issues , I suppose it wouldn't be a huge deal. Maybe I'm lazy xD

You should care about muscles, it what helps keep you looking leaner at goal weight. That being said you don't neeeed protein drinks or any special thing for "weight loss". Getting a good amount of protein throughout the day will help maintain lean body mass in a deficit. As will picking a weight loss ideal for the amount…

Weight weight. Glycogen stores returning. No reason to be concerned. It'll even out in time. It's why low carb diets appear to work better/faster than non. You lose a bunch of water weight the first few weeks but the weight loss evens out in time. After all, scale weight is only a tool that weigh everything, water, muscle,…

I've seen overweight vegans, vegetarians, omnivores, carnivores. If you eat more than you burn, you gain. It doesn't matter where that source came from, a calorie surplus is still a calorie surplus.

Why don't you just track fiber in sugars place so you don't have to see the red numbers? Problem solved.

Total scam

 I'd love to know how going over my sugar intake every day and eating pints of ice cream before bed led to me greatly reducing my BF%, losing 53 lbs, and improving my overall fitness happened if this were true. Calorie surplus results in fat storing....

What's wrong with cheese? It's a good protein source and calcium....do you have a medical condition that requires you to limit/eliminate it? Otherwise, I'd log and enjoy....

I eat 3 meals, maybe 4 a day. Bigger meals keep me fuller longer than small meals. I've done this through weight loss, maintenance, bulk and have had great results keeping within my calorie goal for each. I do mind my macro/micros but other than that, eat in a way that keeps me satiated and happy.

You should check out some of the lifting ladies on here if you honestly are insinuating you're too old to do so.. plenty of women your age or older who've achieved this. The only limits are the ones you put on yourself.

Listening when I felt hungry was how I got overweight. Hunger signals are terrible wu Well that's certainly not what I'm talking about. There's a thing called metabolic adaptation, though. That's different. Of course weight loss is thermodynamics, you will always lose weight in a deficit....

Trutein is a good brand, optimum nutrition, I like cellucor as well. Changes? Nothing. You'll have a better chance of retaining your current muscle while you lose weight getting a good amount of protein. That's all I'd expect from it.
