I m not sure it's gonna work as calculated. Firstly there is no room for an error , secondly, too slow might leave u unsatisfied with result. 20% deficit out of tdee is golden rule IMO. Besides last few pounds of fat will take a lot of time to get rid of. Include weight training too

Actually u won't be getting any muscles on the deficit of calories. IMO u want too much at the same time. Wanting smth and not achieving it can be a reason for depression. Pick one at the time, fix it, move to the next goal. In here to support u, u r not alone, many of us does it. Today I learned at least from my binge. 1. Not to let myself be too hungry 2. Not to keep damn cakes at home 3. Forgive myself and distribute the harm for the rest of the weeks If u find a ways to deal with it- buzz me :)

Keep going on whatever deficit u calculated. Than check the scale. Adjust. Repeat next week. Make sure though ur protein intake is good, and don't go too fast. 2lb is ok for starters
