I wouldnt be worried. 1500 is pretty low for a guy like u though, proteins prolly make u feel full. If u r not tired and everything is okey, keep going

Same here. Went off road, scale showed minus 1 kg and: Became clear after I checked measurements and I gain cm at the waist area.. Yeah running to my kitchen scale again.

Difficult one.. I d suggest to pick up cal goal, eat that for 2 weeks and see how it do. On that adjust plus or minus.

Yes! Thank u , i currently don't have any females walking around relaxed to compare. All I see are on TV etc and local swimming pool. And for anybody here who thought I m psycho or smth- thank u for ur opinion.

But yet we saw ppl die from starvation around the world. Some faster, some slower. Malnutrition will weaken the organs and eventually will kill. Thermodynamics is a proven fact. The Q is how long it will take to die from lack of calories + very difficult to be sure if one is in true deficit constantly.

Keep working. :) It will shrink at last if that's ur genetics- can't spot reduce fat unfortunately. Make sure u are eating enough protein and challenging ur muscles in each workout Good job on weight lose so far!

Well I really love my Fitbit! 1st for reminding me to move 2nd for knowing my true tdee 3rd for lovely green logging lately (hehe it adds too much cal on MFP :), can't dare to eat all em back:)

Yeah too low on cal and protein and too much cardio. I think it's a lot of lost muscle and water weight on u. Eat more eggs, add protein, lift weight. Hey! Do u use tape measure?? Maybe u r loosing inches??
