I do measure, only few sm from waist went away, more from arms. Weight is almost same, that's why i m feeling down sometimes But ya all comments sure do help! Thank u for input!

I m 5.4 128 lb.. Month on mfp and lifting, winter weight was prolly 135 and I hated it..

Eating less than bmr will make u tired. U should create deficit above bmr

First u might want to include high density cal food like protein shakes and peanut butter. Second- try lifting weight. Will add u muscles. Third (but I m not getting logic behind it well, though it helped a lot of ppl) u can try eating on deficit of ur tdee for a few weeks than go back to normal. But prolly u need to make…

Awful a lot of cardio and severe deficit of calories. How is ur body looks like? I suspect u lost tons of muscle. My advise will be eat a little deficit, ditch cardio and lift weight. Protein is very important, make 1 g per lb .

Eating before workout smth like banana or handful of nuts.

I took bmr of 1300 and added 200 cal. My tdee is 1800 but so unsure coz my days are much different. 1500 is pretty enough food and I lose inches, some weight too. 165 cm Sw 58.5 Cw 57 Gw 55 prolly.. I m not sure, using mirror I lift weight and walk uphill 3 times a week Not eating cal back mainly

Not enough time. It takes from week to 2 to realise true results. 2 days difference in not informative. Might be water, gas, stool, muscle. How's ur clothes fitting?

My advise is still do the strength training regardless how much u enjoy it not. When u ll get good it it- things will change.

My artificial adds are protein and caffeine . Caffeine helps me when I m too lazy to start workouts
