I would like to think so. It is all water, just make sure you are adding the calories from the mix if you are not using the no calorie mix.

I post the challeneges every sunday. If it helps I will post it on the first post so that everyone can see it. I did post it for this week. It's exercise at least 5 days for at least 30 minutes Drink 8 glasses of water per day and try to keep this up throughout the challenge.

Hello all. This started up fast. I'm so happy to see all of you. I do have a group started as well it is called Healthy for the Holidays. I made that one before this so that is why there is 2 different names. If I can chang the name I will change it to the same name as this to make it easier.
