Me too. Hello, wedding day friend. Looking to "shed" up to 30 pounds. I will be ecstatic if the first number is a 1 no matter what. I don;t want to add stress, but ladies, remember that we should try to shed the weight in advance to the wedding due to dress fittings. That's what I'm trying to do.

Awesome job ladies. Texasgirl-don;t lose the faith. I feel that we all have experienced this. I too am in the loss of only tenths of pounds, but it is a loss nonetheless. Keep up the great work. Maybe increasing cardio time. If you were a half hour before hike it up to 45-60 minutes. Just a thought.

Make sure that you weigh in on our weekly weigh in group. The challenge for this week is to make sure you eat breakfast. Studies have shown that eating breakfast boosts your metabolism. Try to have more than your cup of coffee or tea for breakfast. Try oatmeal, cereal, fruit cup, etc. kEEP DRINKING THAT WATER!!!

I completely agree. I am on my feet at work (Eddie Bauer) so this is my way of exercising. I try to do some strength training by working on my flabby arms. lol. But that's a good way of putting it, that we are moving around instead of sitting on our keesters.

Thanks to those who have cheked in. You all are doing well in becoming a healthier you. I too, didn't get a lot of workouts in. Probably did 3 days. I'm on my feet all day at work and moving around so that's at least something and better than nothing. I can only imagine what Black Friday will bring.
