Successes/struggles this week:
Successes: learning better portion control, and learning to balance different foods better. I've learned a lot about eating the same foods with healthier alternatives. Better yet, I stuck to it! I haven't felt like giving up like I have in the past.
Struggles: I am still having trouble with staying active, and working at a desk doesn't help much. I was told to not focus on activity right away as I am getting used to the food changes, but it still bugs me. I am going to make it a point to get out to the trails with my kids this weekend.

I had a close call with a beautiful sandwich, but managed to pull myself together before it went too far. I increased my activity, but only marginally and not at all consistently. I am also still eating a majority of calories between 9 and 10 p.m. several nights a week.0 -

Successes: I have been able to fit some exercise into my week, with work being super busy it's been mentally draining to think of exercising; but, I've done it!
Struggles: Eating has been a struggle, I have breakfast then it's dinner before I have a chance to eat again. Sure, this might not sound horrible but I'm struggling to choosing healthy" calories after 6pm, I'm beyond hungry and am finding my choices are poor when I'm in that state.
