you can totally do it, when you fall off the wagon just dust yourself off and get back on. You have to exercise though!!! I love food, it really is my weakness, so I exercise more so I can eat more.

drink some v8 juice. infusion has got a serving of fruits and veggies. Plus it tastes good! or you can make a smoothie with frozen fruit and vanilla soy milk.
