  • Last night I made a cold "salad" with fresh green beans, red bell peppers, zucchini, with a little bit of feta cheese crumbled on top. For a dressing, used red wine vinegar, sea salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Really good!
  • I do the class 3 times a week and love it! The website for Body Pump says you can burn up to 600 calories during the class but I usually log it under circuit training and think its about right as far as how many calories I burn.

  • Try cutting back on your workouts. I was talking with my personal trainer at the gym on Saturday and she said it's not healthy to work out EVERY day. Your body needs time to recover...she said that is all part of the losing weight process.
