It took a while, but mine got so much better after 4 months and 30 pounds lost. Stretches in bed before I would get on my feet in the morning(there are some good sites on the internet with different stretches), foot in a bowl of ice water after working out, and resting with it up whenever possible, all really helped me. Thanks. I have a bad habit of chewing on beef jerky, which is a killer on sodium. I'll plan on adding a few bottles of water on and after days that I do that. Appreciate your input.
