I love love love LOVE it! AND I heard some girls talking in there that they warm up in there before weights and they don't get as sore after their workouts.......I've tried it and ohhh man it works! I like to go before and after my workouts :)

I love the egyption song and that "i work out" song :) there are tons of others but i have no idea of the song names or what they are saying... OH! And we do some Lil Wayne song for a cool down or at least I think its him and I really like that one! :happy:

Newmans Own Light Itallian is amazing too, I had it with a McDonalds salad once and went to buy it and couldn't find it at my local grocery store but oh man was it good!

im 5'5 and curently at 158 and want to be back down to 112 (pre pregnancy weight) all of my friends adimantly tell me that they think that is too thin so i've set my goal at 122 for the time being - my friends still disagree, and we shall see from there. Excelent book! I'm reading Catching Fire now, I bought Hunger Games for my 5th Grader because it and its in his reading level and I picked it up while he was reading another book and didn't put it down until I finished it!! The next week I went out and bought the other two books... lol

I work out at that time but I usually go crazy with my food :/ and I NEVER loose during that week...
